How's everyone's week going??? It's finally starting to feel like fall here in Seattle and with that...I find that most of my dresses are seemingly out of commission...as in, no longer seasonally appropriate. At Armoire, I get clients requesting fall appropriate dresses everyday and I always find myself thinking....so many dresses can be fall appropriate by just throwing on a jean or leather jacket. You just have to be a little creative people!! Easier said than done sometimes I realize...in any case....

There's something about a good red dress and the girls that rock them. As I looked through my closet earlier, I realized I don't own many true red dresses. I'm not sure why. I like wearing red. Anyway, this red dress from Tobi shot quickly up to the top my dress list because of the open back. It made me feel a little bit sexy and sultry. Hahaha I also love the slit and floral print. It's so comfortable!!! The only drawback? It has a definite spring/summer vibe more than fall.....in my mind as soon as I caught myself thinking that I also thought...fuck that! I want to wear it, so I'm wearing it! I initially wore it to a fashion show a month or so back and got so many compliments. I styled it differently when Kali and I shot these photos. It was much cooler outside and I wanted to give it a fall vibe. So I just threw on my sambas and a J.Crew jean jacket and called it good. That's all it took to make it seasonally cute! Just another little dress hack for you guys before you put away your summerish dresses!
