Carrie and Will, 2016 Wedding #1
In April my cousin Carrie got married in Columbus, IN at The Commons. I hadn't been there in years! My mother's parents lived near Columbus so when we would visit them we would sometimes go to the Commons because they had this huge indoor jungle gym thing. Like...I'm not talking a McDonald's type one, I'm talking the biggest, coolest jungle gym I had ever seen. I don't remember much except just thinking that it was the coolest thing I had ever seen.
When we got there for the wedding, of course they had a new jungle gym for kids, but I was happy to see that it was still a popular spot! The location of the wedding was absolutely beautiful. It was a gorgeous day and Greg and I had a great time celebrating the new bride and groom. We have a total of 8 weddings to go to this year, so that's why I am deeming this to be Wedding 1.
Wedding's are great for style. I don't know about anyone else but I love seeing what everyone else is wearing!! The only thing that sucks is that I have so many little white dresses and obviously I can never wear them. You win some, you lose some. Let me know what you think of this look!
The dress is seersucker and I got it at Francesca's probably 3 years ago now. It's really comfy and you can dress it up or down. At the time, I didn't think I would be starting a blog so I didn't get any photos of the back detail. It cuts back into a V shape and has large white buttons all the way down. It's one of my favorite things about the dress, so I'm sorry I don't have any pictures of it!
