I’ve been meaning to make this vlog for quite some time. In this video, I discuss how I transitioned from engineering to marketing, and the various issues I’ve faced around leadership, loyalty, and compensation that have led me to switch roles so often. It was never my plan to do so, and seeing it in writing just seems crazy, but it’s been necessary for me as I continue to grow, develop my skills, and therefore become more valuable.
