Moving on...I love dresses...especially dresses with pockets. I am a firm believer that dresses aren't just for warmer temperatures either. I got this dress from Gap a few years back and I've worn it SO MANY times. All I did was throw a uniqlo turtleneck on underneath and now it's a weather-appropriate look!
These boot cuffs I got last year from SingleThread Boutique (extremely similar pair here), which is a local spot in my hometown of Evansville. They're really supposed to be worn with riding boots and such. Like you put whichever color side up that you want for that look. And I do wear them like that occasionally, but recently I've started wearing them as leg warmers over these Sole Society booties and I really love it. It's another element that makes this outfit look more fall-ish.

My hat is from Aldo and it's something that I wish I could incorporate into more outfits. I love it, but I'm all about outfits that are cute, slightly different from the the status quo, and they have to have some practicality to them. I'll be honest, sometimes wearing a hat is a freaking hassle to me. Do you take it off when you go inside? Do you not? Most of the time I don't give a shit about rules for wearing stuff, but it does feel weird to me to wear it inside?? If it's windy and you're outside...it sucks. I don't know...so I haven't completely mastered the hat thing yet. But I do love wearing it when I actually do. If anyone has any tips for me in how they wear floppy hats or anything I would love to hear!!!!
